We offer a wide range of mechanical and electrical failure warranties and guarantees.

Why Use Our Warranty Products?

We offer a wide variety of warranty programs for Cars, LCV`s, Motorhomes, Caravans, Mopeds and Motorbikes, including coverage for private hire, courier and driving schools.As a dealer you have the choice of buying conventional Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policy (MBI) or a non FCA "Obligor" Warranty where we will provide the outside claims resource. We can also offer you a fully administered Dealer own Guarantee (Pot) programme.

Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI) - Various levels of cover from 'Lead-in' (Auto) to all mechanical & electrical (Elite) cover for any age & mileage of vehicle. Claim limits from £500 to £5,000 with terms from 3 months to 60 months.

Mechanical Breakdown Warranty (Obligor) - Various levels of cover from 'Lead-in' (Auto) to all mechanical & electrical (Elite) cover for any age & mileage of vehicle. Claim limits from £500 to £5,000 with terms from 3 months to 60 months. This product is currently outside of the scope of the FCA, as it is the dealer that is the insured.

Dealer Guarantee Administration - We will carry out the guarantee and claims administration on your own guarantee programme, producing quarterly loss ratio reports.

Dealer Guarantee Books -We can also supply fully compliant guarantee books to be given to your customers, but where we are not involved in the claims process.

Boost Option:

This "Boost" option provides cover for:

  • Wear & Tear

  • Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

  • Battery

  • Satellite Navigation Systems

  • Multi-media Sound Equipment

  • Catalytic Converter

Extendable Warranty Period

If the customer has 36 month Warranty Period, and their Warranty includes the ‘Extendable Warranty Period’ option, they will be contacted by the Administrator towards the end of the 36 month period.

Providing, the Vehicle is still in their possession and
they and the Vehicle still satisfy the Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria of this Warranty; and the Vehicle has been serviced in line with the ‘Servicing Standards and Record’ throughout the Warranty Period, then:

They will be offered the option to extend the Warranty for a further 24 month period, at no additional cost to them (Subject to certain criteria).

Eligibility

  • The market value of covered vehicle does not exceed £125,000

  • The covered vehicle has a maximum GVW of 3.5 tonnes or less (7.5 tonnes on Motorhomes)

  • Elite and Merit are available for Cars / LCV`s that are less than 10 years old or covered less than 100,000 miles at policy inception.

  • Select and Auto are available for Cars / LCV`s that are of any age or mileage.

  • Gold - Is available for Motorhomes, Caravans or Motorcycles that are less than 5 years old or covered less than 60,000 miles at policy inception.

  • Silver - Is available for Motorhomes, Caravans or Motorcycles of any age or mileage.

There are some exceptions available to these maximum age / mileage criteria - ask for details.

Significant benefits over our competitors products

  • Vehicle Hire - We will pay up to £20 per day (including VAT) for a maximum of 3 day if the manufacturers recommended repair time exceeds 8 hours. The period does not include delays whilst awaiting the start of repairs or delivery of parts.

  • Towing In - We will pay for towing charges up to £50 including VAT.

  • Continental Use - Cover is extended to include mechanical failure whilst you are abroad, up to a maximum of 60 days in any 12 month period.
